Setting up appointments

Face-to-face counselling is available from 9.30am up to 4.30pm on Wednesdays primarily. Sessions take place in the village of Ingham, Norfolk in a quiet setting. Ingham is a few minutes drive from Stalham, twenty minutes from both North Walsham and Wroxham, and just over half an hour from Norwich. The therapy room is on the ground floor. There is a small step into the room from the garden. Private parking is available behind the gates and within the grounds.

I speak with potential clients by phone initially to assess if I’m able to help, to answer any questions and look at session availability. During the first full session of counselling, I invite clients to speak in more detail about what is bringing them to therapy at this time.

Clients can decide whether they’d like to make any further appointments and we can set up a time to meet each week. 

Sessions are one hour and usually weekly. Sessions can become less frequent in time as an option. Sessions are £50, payable each week by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
